By I can honestly say I miss the days when I was the actual sales manager, but I’ve been lucky enough to have a job in the real world for a while now, so I’m not too worried about where my days went.
Actually, I am quite concerned about my job. I work 60 hours a week with no time off, and I was once again reminded of what a grind it is. However, I was fortunate enough to have a co-worker who was really helpful. I went through some scary days, but I was able to find a balance. In general, I’d say I’m doing pretty well. But I still have a lot to learn.
I am also learning, and I still have a lot to learn. I am a sales manager at a major department store chain, and I do have a day job. I work 60 hours a week and do it with no vacation. The day job is the worst because we work from 8 a.m. until midnight, and I have to be at work at 7 a.m. because I have to be in the office by 3:30 a.m.
For the most part, these days are pretty good for me. I just have to get my head out of the sand a bit more and stop being so glib about my sales.
