The Sophiac Costello is an Italian restaurant that is full of Italian people. It’s the only Italian restaurant in town in the US, and they were able to get the best from me when I found it. I’d been on it for so long, it was hard to say no to it.
Sophia was the first place I ever had spaghetti carbonara, and it still is to this day. It’s pretty much a simple pasta dish that has a wonderful cheese sauce, so if you’re a pasta lover, then I highly recommend checking it out.
I love pasta carbonara, so I highly recommend it. But I also happen to have a soft spot for Italian restaurants, so I will also recommend to you the other Italian restaurants in town. They really are a great option for gourmet food, and they have a lot of fun decor.
Honestly, the only reason I have a soft spot for Italian restaurants is because pasta carbonara is one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever had. And it’s also one of the most delicious things I’ve ever had. But I digress.
I love pasta carbonara just as much as I love Italian restaurants, and I just happen to think they should be the main option for gourmet food. I also happen to think that you should also come visit the other Italian restaurants in town. They have a ton of fun decor, they have great food, and they are just about as awesome as pasta carbonara.
This is a food trend that I think exists all over the world. I’m not sure why it’s called “Italian,” but I will say that with the exception of my parents, I haven’t had an Italian meal since I was a kid.
Well, I suppose that if you ask someone who has lived in the UK for a long period of time, they’ll tell you that the Italians are a lot like us. They’re kind of like us, only not as crazy. You know… they’re the ones who have a lot of pasta and tomatoes in their pasta. And they also have a lot of ice cream and pizza in their ice cream, if that counts for anything.
That’s why Italy is a favorite of mine for pasta and pizza, which I had a lot of of both in this recent dinner of my own. I also tried a variety of other dishes, including a seafood pasta with saffron, which was good. I probably would have eaten a lot more if I had gone for the chicken parmigiana, but I just couldn’t get past that flavor.
I love pasta. I also love pizza. I also love ice cream. I also love all kinds of cheese.
Ice cream and pizza. I’m sorry. I’m a bit of a cheese fanatic.
