Sometimes it feels like we fight every day for a reason. Sometimes, we get up and go to work. Sometimes, we find ourselves in a fight because we don’t agree on something. We are just wrong. It’s not worth it.
That’s why I love all of the movies in this list. They’re about people who really do the wrong thing, who might not be perfect people… but they’re still worth fighting for. I know I am.
The problem with fighting and winning is that it can result in failure. When you win, you may have won the battle, but you have failed because your opponents are still standing. It’s called the feeling of victory, but it isnt victory. It is just the feeling that we have been right all along. When we lose, we feel the loss of control and the feeling of defeat. The feeling that we will never be the master of our own life.
This is one of those things where if you don’t have that feeling, you’re probably not ready to take the next step in your life. It’s the feeling that you are one of those people that just isn’t ready to admit that they are the master of their own life.
